Lego Club Saturdays 11-noon 1/4-3/29
Westport Timberland Library is hosting a Lego Club for kids 6 and older. Meets Saturdays Jan. 4 through March 29 from 11am- 12pm.
Santa at Grayland Station

Reach The Beach
Reach the Beach WA is not just a cycling event; it's a journey of purpose and community. This annual event, organized by the American Lung Association, unites riders from all backgrounds in a shared mission to support lung health. With scenic routes spanning 100, 78, 44, or 24 miles, participants embark on a picturesque adventure through Thurston and Grays Harbor counties, culminating in a triumphant finish on the beautiful shores of Westport, WA.

Beyond the joy of cycling, Reach the Beach WA is about making a difference raising funds that directly contribute to groundbreaking research, education, and advocacy programs to combat lung diseases and promote cleaner air. It's a testament to the power of collective action in the fight for healthier lungs.

The 90-minute tour will feature a Marina overview, followed by visits with commercial fishermen, seafood processors, charter fishermen, a fish fillet demo, the Westport Maritime Museum, and a visit to the Westport Centennial Viewing Tower. The tour is offered at no charge.

Westport Beached Bird Training
Join the Coastal Observation and Seabird Survey Team
(COASST), and make a difference for the environment!
COASST participants collect monthly data on beached carcasses of marine birds to establish the pattern of bird mortality on North Pacific beaches. Data collected helps address important marine conservation issues. No prior scientific experience is needed!
Beach surveys are best when conducted in groups of 2 or more — so please come with a partner in mind or in tow! The training is free, but we do ask for a $31 refundable survey kit deposit to take the materials home.

Westport Windriders Kite Festival
The Westport Windriders Kite Club annual Kite Festival- July 12th, 13th and 14th at Grayland Beach approach. Sport kites, Single line kites, air and ground displays, kids kite making, and the ever popular Teddy Bear Drop, 2 mass ascensions and a banquet and raffle Saturday night.
Old Fashioned 4th of July Parade and Picnic
Tokeland and North Cover Chamber of Commerce present the Old Fashioned 4th of July Parade and Picnic. Parade lines up at Tokeland Marina no later than 10:30 AM. Tokeland Rd. closes to traffic AM. Afterwards, there will be a Picnic and Games on the lawn of the Tokeland Hotel.
Water Bash
3rd Annual Grayland Community Hall Water Bash. Water Slides, Water Balloons, Bubbles, food, and beer garden, DJ, and live music. $5 to enter.
Rusty Scuppers Pirate Daze
Westport Chamber of Commerce presents Rusty Scuppers Pirate Daze Festival at the Westport Marina. Three days of music, vendors, food, kids play area, pirate acts, and more. Come dressed like a pirate!
Benefit Concert for Washaway No More, Coastal Harvest, and Grayland Community Hall
Come see the Jerry Miller Band (former guitarist for Moby Grape), Christine Corey with Willie Bonham, and fisher poet Jon Bradshaw at the Grayland Community Hall on Saturday June 22, 3pm. Free admission, but donations encouraged! Donations will benefit Washaway No More, Coastal Harvest, and Grayland Community Hall. All ages show, 21 and over beer garden.
Culpepper and Merriweather Circus
The Culpepper and Merriweather Circus is coming to Westport on June 1st, with showtimes at 2pm and 4:30pm. The Circus will be in the Overflow Parking Lot/Grassy Area on Harms St. Tickets can be purchased online or in person at Westport/Grayland Chamber of Commerce, Seabirds Gift and Candy, or Grayland Beach Outfitters. Kids aged 2 and under get in free.
